Maximus currently has a Subcontract-Third Party Outreach Manager opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer a variety of subcontracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements and modifications thereto
- Manage the implementation of subcontracts and compliance policies and local procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company directives
- Ensure subcontracts are prepared and administered in accordance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance objectives, local procedures and work instructions for the business unit
- Oversee preparation of RFP?s for distribution to subcontractors of a proposal package
- Advise others on intellectual property issues which may affect company rights, obligations, and IP related opportunities
- Evaluate proposals from subcontractors for completeness and adherence to compliance with prime contractor flow down requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems
- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative
- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
